- Command and Control – C&C servers used in botnets or APT attacks.

Business and Productivity
- Business Services – B2B platforms, consultants, logistics, etc.
- Online Storage / Backups – Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive.
- Finance and Banking – Banking, investments, and payment platforms.
- Job Search – Career sites like LinkedIn, Indeed.
Social & Communication
- Social Networking – Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram.

Configuring Categories in GravityZone
- Login to GravityZone Console
- Go to Policies → select your policy → Content Control → Web Access Control.
- Enable the Feature
- Toggle Enable Web Access Control to On.
- Select Action per Category
- Choose one of the following:
- Allow
- Deny
- Warn
- Choose one of the following:
- Custom Category Exceptions
- Add custom domains to the whitelist or blacklist as needed.
- Schedule Access (Optional)
- Use the Schedule tab to define time-based access rules.
